AN AI THAT SHOWS
ITS WORK

The Model Reasons. It Never Grades Itself.

Every AI on the market answers, and nobody checks. When it's right, fine. When it's wrong, it's wrong in the same confident voice — and you find out later, or never.

Snake River AI is the part that checks. Two separate programs verify every claim before it reaches you: one against your own records, one against the live web, running on different models so a blind spot in one isn't a blind spot in both. Every verified fact goes into a ledger that can't be quietly edited. The part that takes actions asks a human first and refuses to act if the checker is offline.

All of it runs on hardware in your building, with the model you choose.

"IT'S UP" IS NOT "IT'S WORKING"

Companies are deploying autonomous AI faster than their governance can keep up. Buyers are told to ask three questions of any AI vendor: where does our data go, who approves what the agent does, and what record exists after it acts.

Almost nobody can answer all three.

That's the whole reason most AI pilots stall. Not because the model isn't smart enough — because when someone asks "how did this number get here," the answer is "the AI said so."

WE BUILD THE ANSWER TO ALL THREE QUESTIONS.

FOUR WALLS, IN SEPARATE PROGRAMS

These aren't instructions in a prompt telling the AI to behave. They're separate programs with separate jobs and hard boundaries. A model can't talk its way past a wall that lives in a different process.

// WALL 01

The Reasoner Never Grades Itself

One component does the thinking. It is structurally incapable of approving its own answer. Two others check it — one against your local knowledge graph, one against the live web — on different model families, so they can't be fooled the same way. A web verification requires a supporting quote that actually appears in the source. Snippet co-occurrence is not evidence.

// WALL 02

The Checkers Can't Write Their Own Receipts

Only one component can write to the findings ledger, and only after an answer has been verified. Every entry is hash-chained to the one before it. Alter a single byte in any past row and the chain names exactly which one. A finding with no verified claim behind it is refused at the door.

// WALL 03

The Action Layer Asks First, And Fails Closed

The only component allowed to write a file or run a command has an allowlist, requires a human to approve anything destructive, and refuses to act at all if the auditor is unreachable. Not "logs it and continues." Refuses.

// WALL 04

Nothing Leaves Without Permission

The router defaults to local. A request marked local-only is blocked before a cloud provider is ever contacted — not filtered afterward, blocked. Every call that does leave is logged with who sent it, which provider actually served it, and what it cost.

A DASHBOARD SAYS IT'S FINE. A RECEIPT PROVES IT.

Every answer carries an audit ID and a truth score you can look up. Every claim inside it shows its verdict — verified, contradicted, or honestly unknown — and the source that decided. Every file the system produces carries its own hash plus the ID of the audit that cleared its contents.

The chain re-verifies on demand. Ask it to walk every entry and it tells you whether the record is intact.

That's what "auditable" means here. Not a log you hope someone reads — a record you can hand to a reviewer, a regulator, or a customer who wants to know why.

IT CAN STILL BE WRONG. IT CAN'T BE WRONG QUIETLY.

We don't sell a model that never makes mistakes — nobody has one. We sell the system that catches it and says so.

What the knowledge graph doesn't know, it marks unknown instead of guessing. What it can verify, it verifies. What contradicts what you've told it, it flags before the answer ships. And when it can't confirm something, it says that out loud rather than filling the gap with something that sounds right.

Filling the graph with what's true for your organization is the work of the install. That's why we show up in person.

THIRTEEN SERVICES. ONE JOB EACH.

You never have to think about these. For the technically minded, this is what's actually running.

KVASIR
THE REASONER

Does the thinking. Never checks its own work.

MIMIR
THE LOCAL AUDITOR

Verifies every claim against your knowledge graph. Hash-chained audit log.

VARDR
THE WEB AUDITOR

The second opinion, on a different model family. A verification requires a quote that's really in the source.

VOR
THE LEDGER

The only component allowed to write findings. Tamper-evident by construction.

ODIN
THE ROUTER

Local by default. Cloud is opt-in per request, with cost ceilings and a lock that blocks before the provider is called.

TYR
THE HANDS

The only layer that can act. Allowlisted, human-approved, fails closed.

BIFROST
CANON

Decides which of your documents is current when two disagree.

MUNINN
MEMORY

The conversation archive, on your disk.

HUGINN
LIVE STATE

What's true right now across the system.

SAGA
CONTINUITY

Watches for drift across a conversation.

VALI
THE WATCHDOG

Probes every layer, verifies the ledger chain, proposes repairs a human approves.

SKULD
THE LEARNER

Runs only when your hardware is idle.

HEIMDALL
THE DISPLAY

Every layer's real status, in one window.

// PLUS

FREYA — the assistant you actually talk to. She has a voice, your documents, and a memory of your work. Every answer she gives passes the auditors before you see it.

WHEREVER "PROVE IT" HAS A COST

Same system, pointed at different work. What changes is the knowledge we load. The architecture doesn't.

Manufacturing & Plants

Production data stays on the floor. Every reading recorded in a tamper-evident ledger. When the system answers a question about your operation, it's checked against your actual records first — so a made-up number never reaches a manager.

Healthcare & Research

Patient data never leaves the practice. Local protocols and classifications in the knowledge graph; the live literature checked separately. HIPAA and GDPR aren't obstacles to design around — they're satisfied by construction, because the data doesn't move.

Legal & Professional

Client material never touches a public cloud. Every draft checked against what the firm actually knows. Every action logged, approved, and attributable.

Finance & Compliance

Every AI-assisted decision carries an audit ID. Every claim has a verdict and a source. The ledger exports and independently re-verifies. "What did the AI tell you, and was it true" has an answer.

Government & Sovereign

Runs entirely on premises. The model is a swappable part; the control plane is not. The point isn't the most powerful model — it's the one you control.

WE DON'T SHIP A DOWNLOAD. WE SHOW UP.

This isn't software you install off a link and figure out. Someone arrives with hardware sized for the job, wires it into your environment, loads your documents and your facts into the knowledge graph, proves the ledger works, and leaves it running.

The knowledge is the work. The software is the tool.

// STEP 1

Discovery

We come on site, map your systems, your data, and what you actually need answered. Priced per site, because no two are the same.

// STEP 2

Build

The system is assembled and tested on our bench before it ever reaches your building. It arrives working.

// STEP 3

Install

Hardware in place, wired to what you already own, your knowledge loaded, the ledger proven. Your existing equipment keeps doing what it does.

// STEP 4

Support

Ongoing maintenance, updates, and a system that keeps its own receipts.

HALF UP FRONT, HALF ON COMPLETION. QUOTED PER ENGAGEMENT.
